US Airways is currently offering 500 free miles for downloading and using their shopping toolbar. This is apparently different than the previous toolbar, so you should be able to get the miles even if you've used a similar toolbar in the past. You don't actually need to make a purchase to earn the miles, using the toolbar to complete web searches also fulfills the requirements to get the free miles.
